Shipping & Return inside Israel*

• Allow up to 10 business days for shipment to arrive**.
• Delivery is made on weekdays by a third party delivery company.

• Delivery cost – Free delivery for purchases above 300ILS all across Israel / 35ILS delivery fee for purchases under 300ILS (inside Israel).
• Returning the item with a tax invoice, no use of the item was made and the item labels and / or accessories were not removed (including buttons, beads, jewelry, etc.) and if the price label was not removed.
• Return Jewelry and accessories – provided that their packaging did not open only original packaging, together with the price label (if any).
• Lingerie, tights, underwear, and swimwear – are not subject to return.
• Sales items are not subject to return
• Returning the item to the address 2 Hashlosha St. 4 Tel Aviv with the labeled bag attached to your order.  
• A refund will be made by crediting the credit card in which the transaction was made, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the item that the user requested to return to the partnership.

International shipment (outside of Israel)*

• Allow up to 21 business days for shipment to arrive**.
• Delivery is made on weekdays by a third party delivery company.

• AYEN is not responsible for tax payments on international goods entering the country of shipment, and if one is needed, it will be the buyer’s responsibility. Please check if your country has these fees.
• Delivery cost – Free delivery for purchases over 200$ / 25$ delivery fee for purchases under 200$
• Returning the item with a tax invoice, no use of the item was made and the item labels and / or accessories were not removed (including buttons, beads, jewelry, etc.) and if the price label was not removed.
